The auction will end at 8pm on Friday 13th April (thats 8pm UK time).
It will not be physically possible for the forum staff peeps to lock ALL threads dead on 8pm.
However, any bids which show as being posted after 8pm by the forum clock will be deleted.
The auction WILL end at 8pm, regardless of whether or not you see a lock on the thread you are thinking of bidding in.
In the event that two or more bids go through for one item at dead on 8pm, the first bid registered by the forum will be classed as the winning bid. The other(s) will be deleted.
The forum staffs decisions regarding who has won an item are final.
We would ask that you do not leave your best bids until the the very final moments of the auction. If the forum goes down due to mass activity, nobody will get their bids in and that means we will not get the funds so we would be most grateful if you could get your best bids in as early as possible to save the forum from the possibility of crashing (truly)
(This is a free forum and although Proboards have assured me that there should not be a problem, I do not want to take any chances!!).
If you are a winning bidder (or if you are not, but would like to make a straight donation) you will need to have a good read of this thread for information on how to make your payments www.darcyslegacy.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=4&action=display&thread=30
Please make sure that you include ALL the relevant information so that we can arrange to get items out well before the Royal Mail price hike at the end of the month.
And please make your payments as soon as you possibly can, for the same reason!
Thank you for reading and good luck with your final days bidding!
