Listing Items for Auction
If you are able to help us by offering any item(s) for the auction, we ask that you are
[/li][li]Prepared to list the item in the relevant section of the auction (with a picture and details of exactly what you are offering) [/li][li]Prepared to send it out in a timely manner to the winning bidder [/li][li]Prepared to cover the cost of the postage - bearing in mind that it may need to go overseas, given that Darcy had friends on both sides of the pond and beyond.
If you would prefer to limit where you will send your item (and thats totally fine and understandable), please state clearly, in your description text, where you ARE prepared to send to. If no limit appears in the description text, it will be assumed that the item is available to be sent anywhere, regardless of where the winning bidder lives.
If you have an item which is too heavy to send by post, you can state FOR COLLECTION ONLY in your listing and the area that the item would need to be collected from. (So you would have to be prepared for someone to come to your home or wherever, to collect it from you).
If you have an item which is of high value and you feel that the item should be listed with a specific starting price, please state the starting bid price clearly in your listing.
If you list an item and realise that you have made an error and you can't edit, please contact a member of the admin team with a link to your listing and explain what needs altering!
Finally, if you are making a donation from your business, please include a link to your website within your listing ;D
